Orange-Maple Carrots

8 medium carrots, peeled and cut on the diagonal in 1/2" slices
1 cup orange juice (fresh squeezed if possible)
1/4 cup pure maple syrup

Place all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan.  Cover and bring to a boil over high heat, then lower the heat to medium.  Cover and cook at a medium boil for about 10 minutes until the carrots are tender.  Serve immediately or at room temperature.
